It 'a circular route which develops mostly on dirt track, in some places require some effort. It starts from Arbia in the direction of Siena and just before the bridge over the river Arbia, on our left, we take a dirt road that runs along for a mile the river. Then the trail begins to climb, and once the road has a bottom pocoe imbrecciato; you pass the farm Banished, by touching the location Collanza ciu enjoys a unique view of Siena and the Crete. Then you go down to the Farm Salteano and from there begins a steep descent to Isola d'Arbia. Just a few hundred metripercorsi asphalt and then continue to the left towards the station of Isola d'Arbia e continue to Ponte a Tressa, but do not touch. Also on the dirt road we reach the imposing and impressive Grange of Cuna where we follow the signs to Monteroni that we reach after about two miles along the SS 2 Cassia. The last houses of Monteroni, take the road which leads to Asciano and that after the bridge sull'Arbia abandon to follow the signs to San Fabiano.
From here proseguimo up and down until you find the clays after Medane, the Former Lauretana. The route runs along a dirt track that, in places, not just undertake the cyclist. As you climb, the views over the Crete and widen their appeal affrntata amply repays the effort.
