The coop, born from solidarity between citizens, mostly workers, has gone through all kinds of events, reaching, however, more than 175 years from the first appearance and guaranteeing concrete support to less well-off families.
- 1844 - Rochdale: Consumer cooperation is born in the English town
- 1849 - Pinerolo: Founded, the first Italian Workers' Society and Consumer Cooperative
- 1861- Siena: The Mutual Aid Society is born among the workers and the first Cooperative Warehouse in the province
- 1886 - Milan: 100 delegates, representing 248 cooperatives, found the National Federation of Cooperatives
- 1895 - London: The International Cooperative Alliance of more than 100 countries is founded
- 1904 - Asciano: The Consumption Cooperative Company authorized by the Court of Siena is born
- 1910 - Serre di Rapolano: The first Cooperative Consumption Warehouse is born, promoted by the local Workers' Society
- 1925/1927 - Asciano: the League of Cooperatives is dissolved. The capital of the Workers' Mutual Aid Society and the Consumption Cooperative Society are confiscated and used for the construction of the Casa del Fascio
- 1945 - Rapolano: The Farmers' Market is born for the direct sale of agricultural products, to support less well-off families
- 1945 - Asciano: The Consumption Cooperative Anonima Society is reconstituted by some citizens. The first store is opened in via Mameli
- 1962 - Asciano: A new store opens in via Trento, in the new Economic and Popular Building district
- 1964 - Torrita: The Valdichiana Consumer Cooperative Alliance is born from a grouping of local co-ops
- 1974 - Siena: Unicoop Senese is born with shops in the provinces of Siena and Arezzo
- 1987 - Asciano: The SuperCoop opens in via Capo Grottoli and the simultaneous closure of three traditional shops (via Mameli, via Trento, piazza Fratelli Bandiera)
- 1989 - Rapolano: Reunification of the 2 traditional shops in a single point of sale
- 1997 - Castiglion del Lago: Coop Central Italy is born from the merger between Unicoop Senese and Coop Umbria
- 2008 - Serre di Rapolano: The new inCoop Supermarket-format store opens
- 2010 - Asciano: Expansion of SuperCoop premises and change of category of the shop
- 2012 - Rapolano: Inauguration of the new inCoop Supermarket next to the Pharmacy
- 2022 - Tuscany: The sales outlets in the South of the Region pass to Unicoop Firenze
