From Monteroni is part of taking the road Lauretana for Asciano and, after passing the bridge sull'Arbia, we walk to San Fabiano turning left at the fork of Capanneto. Climb up the river Arbia to the castle and from there you proceed in the hills, turning right towards the farm Madonna. The landscape changes abruptly plunging clinali between soft hills that descend to the river Biena. Panìco left the farms and San Bartolomeo, continue to Casilea turning left. It touches the farm and reach San Giovanni, in part, Barbian. From this position you can enjoy the view of Mount Amiata to the south and northwest of Siena. Returning back you go to take the road towards Ponzano which offers a beautiful view of the Grange of Cuna. Left on the hill, right, Ponzanello, returns to San Fabiano after passing a final flat stretch along the south Arbia. Crossing again the river Arbia along the Lauretana returns Monteroni.
